Who is responsible
The data controller is Gold Hunter Morocco, identified in the information box at the top of this page. We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel).
What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, email (optional), city, delivery address, postal code, country, the devices ordered and your notes.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email and a password stored only in hashed form.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Payment details: for card payments, the card is entered on Stripe’s secure page; we only receive the payment status and a reference, never your card number.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, kept in our server logs for security and fraud prevention.
- Satellite studies: the coordinates or area you send us.

We never sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Who receives it
- Our team, only as needed for your order.
- Delivery companies: your name, phone number and address.
- Stripe, for card payments; Stripe acts under its own privacy policy and security standards (PCI DSS).
- Our hosting and email providers, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Law 09-08 and the conditions set by the CNDP.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: 10 years, as required for accounting records.
- Customer account: until you delete it, or 3 years after your last order.
- Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Server logs: 12 months.
- Satellite study coordinates and reports: for the duration of the service and the follow-up period agreed with you.
Cookies
The website uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work: your language choice, your session and security (protection against forged requests). Your cart is stored in your own browser. If audience-measurement tools (Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are enabled, they set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing on legitimate grounds, and to object to its use for marketing. To exercise a right, write to us at the email address shown at the top of this page, or on WhatsApp, with proof of identity. We reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
Security
Access to the admin area is restricted and protected by password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, connections to the website are encrypted, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page, with its update date.
