Who we are

In these terms, “Gold Hunter”, “we” and “us” mean Gold Hunter Morocco, the company identified in the information box at the top of this page. “You” means the person placing the order. You can reach us by WhatsApp, by phone or by email using the details on the contact page.

Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or in our showrooms. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. If a separate written agreement exists for a specific order, that agreement prevails.

Products and information

We describe each device as accurately as possible. Depth, range and other performance figures are the maximum values published by the manufacturer, for large targets in favourable ground. Actual results depend on the size and material of the target, soil mineralisation, interference and the operator’s experience. Photos are for illustration; accessories shown are only included when they are listed under “In the box”.

Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). When a device shows “Price on request”, we give you the price in writing (WhatsApp or email) before the order is confirmed. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. We may correct an obvious pricing error; if we do, we contact you and you may cancel at no cost.

Orders

You choose your device or service and fill in your contact and delivery details.
You receive an order number on screen, and by email if you gave one.
We call or message you to confirm the order, the price and the delivery address.
The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may refuse an order that is incomplete, fraudulent or cannot be delivered.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or by card when card payment is offered at checkout. The details are in our payment policy. For some devices or services we may ask for a deposit by bank transfer before shipping; we always tell you the amount in advance.

Delivery

We deliver everywhere in Morocco. Delivery times and the check you should make when the parcel arrives are described in our delivery policy. Ownership passes to you once the price is paid in full; the risk passes to you when you or a person you designate receives the parcel.

Cancellation, withdrawal and returns

You can cancel free of charge before the parcel is shipped. Once delivered, you have 7 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, as provided by Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection. The conditions and the refund procedure are in our returns and refund policy.

Warranty

Devices are covered by our commercial warranty and by the legal guarantee against hidden defects. See the warranty and after-sales policy.

Satellite analysis services

A satellite study is an analysis of available imagery and data. It produces maps and priority areas that must be checked on the ground; it does not guarantee a discovery, the presence of a target or its depth. Once the analysis has started, the service cannot be cancelled; before that, you can cancel and be refunded in full.

Responsible and lawful use

You are responsible for using the devices lawfully. In Morocco, excavation, the search for and ownership of antiquities and archaeological objects (Law 22-80 on historical monuments, sites and antiquities) and mining activities (Law 33-13 on mines) are regulated. Always obtain the landowner’s agreement and any authorisation required before digging. We do not sell devices for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We are liable for the conformity of the devices we sell, within the limits set by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, for the absence of results in the field, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We use your data only to process your order and to provide after-sales service. See our privacy policy.

Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If you have a complaint, contact us first: most issues are settled quickly by WhatsApp or phone. If no amicable solution is found, the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules protecting consumers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the website on the day of your order.
